For years brehmergroup has dealt with challenges surrounding the battery. As a result, we have utility patents for electromechanical battery disconnect switches, an patent for battery management systems, and exclusive patent used for generator synchronisation.
The battery monitoring module we developed shows the current battery charge condition on the driver’s display. A highly-integrated e-management system was developed back in 2007.

In the Industry 4.0 sector, we have already developed capacitive sensor technology with I/O Link interface and started mass production. This interface allows for switch parameterisation, ideally adapting to the function of the end consumer. With it, tedious schematics and long part number lists are a thing of the past, as the customer can generate his own variants.
Wireless networking is a constant theme for Industry 4.0. In this regard, we are able to perfectly apply our know-how from years of experience. We developed a functionally secure Bluetooth remote control that meets current standards for work safety requirements.
Subcomponents of more complex devices were created by brehmergroup and contribute to the success of Industry 4.0. Industrial trucks often use conventional iPads or tablets for their logistics systems and software. In order to ensure long-term device functionality, brehmergroup developed an innovative USB charging technology that ensures the operation of multiple devices in all preconditions. The USB double charging outlet developed by brehmergroup can provide up to 2x2, 4A charge with an input voltage of up to 48V.
